Since the untimely passing of XXXtentacion on June 18, rappers and those close to the late artist have been finding ways to pay tribute to him. Now, Lil Xan becomes the latest rhymer to honor X, getting a new face tattoo inspired by one of the slain rapper’s own tats.
#2. Denzel Curry
On Wednesday night (June 27), the “No wave” rapper shared a photo of his new ink paying homage to X via Instagram. The tattoo reads “Wing Ridden Angel,” on his right forearm in capitalized letters, identical to the ink X bore on his right arm.
#3. Lil pump
Lil Pump is the latest artist to pay tribute to the life of XXXtentacion with some fresh ink on his body. The South Florida native posted footage to his Instagram Story on Sunday (Aug. 12) of the 17-year-old impressively giving himself a tattoo to honor his fallen friend.
#4. Bhad Bhabie
Danielle Bregoli paid tribute to XXXTentacion by getting this “Numb” tattoo on her right forearm which matches one that the late rapper had on his face. XXXTentacion, whose real name was Jahseh Onfroy, was murdered on June 18, 2018 at only 20 years old. Danielle knew him personally and was devastated by his sudden passing.
#5. WiFi funeral
To honor the rapper, the Floridian rapper got the word “Alone” as well as a broken heart tatted under his eye. The tattoos are similar to the ink that X had done, which featured “Alone” above his eyebrow and a broken heart under his eye.
